The Wurlitzer 4700 organ was an electronic organ built to American Guild of Organists specifications. This model was intended for serious home users and professionals.

A brochure says:

In the tradition of the pipe organ, the Wurlitzer Concert Organ produces all families of organ tone—diapason, flute, string and reed. […] All voices project with spectacular authenticity…dramatic in solo…magnificent in ensemble. […] The capability of the Wurlitzer Concert Organ to combine 38 distinct musical voices covering a range of 96 pitches into a magnificent ensemble, reminiscent of the pipe organ itself, is equally thrilling to the discriminating organist and listener alike.

The 4700 has a solid state circuit and contains three power amplifiers driving a total of 8 speakers. It also contained onboard chimes and Spectra-Tone, although a Leslie tone cabinet could be optionally connected. In addition to Specta-Tone, it had electronic tremolo with speed and depth controls.
