Wurlitzer 200A
The Wurlitzer 200A electronic pianos is often seen as the “classic example” of a 200 series player’s electronic piano. This piano has two 4×8” oval speakers mounted in the lid with decorative flower head screws. This model has the later 200A amplifier, and stands on four chrome tapered legs that screwed into leg plates mounted on the underside of the keyboard.
The 200A was mostly made with a black ABS plastic lid, but also came in rarer colors avocado green and beige. The keyboard featured a volume control with a built in power switch, and a vibrato depth control. The instrument also had a line output and a headphone output located on the underside.
