Wurlitzer 207

VIEW SIMILAR: 205V | 206A | 200

The Wurlitzer 207 electronic piano is a teacher console piano. The action, reeds and amplifier are all the same as other 200 series instruments however the teacher consoles had additional circuitry to control a classroom of 206 student pianos.

The 207 series had variations with a suffix that noted whether the instrument had a 200 or 200A style amplifier. Many of the 207 also had circuitry (switches which were engaged by the backs of the whips) that controlled a visualizer. The visualizer was an elevated metal framed music staff which lit up to show the class which notes the teacher was playing.
